Choose the right location for the faucet to mount onto. Use jointing fixtures to seal the joint and mount your faucet onto a wall of your choosing. It should be directly in front of the sink for maximum ease of use. Once you finish installing your faucet you add on the hardware, for instance if the kitchen faucet spout came separately you can add that on now. Then you finish up by connecting the pipes to the spout and you may also want to add some support for the pipes by adding brackets halfway up the stem. This helps by preventing the pipes from coming detached from the wall over time.
