The first and easiest thing that you can do to increase your output of fruits and vegetables and flowers from your plants is to simply get a portable light socket such as a floor lamp and screw in a LED grow light. LED grow lights not only help to create larger crops for your plants but they also provide the necessary light so that your plants will grow strong foundations and roots as well. Also one of the best things about using indoor LED grow lights is that they do not require any extra objects such as ballasts or reflectors to work properly.
The next thing that you can do to easily increase your crop yield on your plants is to top prune them. Topping your plants is one of the best things that you can do to increase the crop size of your plants, it is also one of the easiest. To properly top your plants all that you have to do is cut off all of the top sprouting stems of your plant. Cutting off the top auxiliary stalks of your plants makes all of the rest of the plants stems think that they are the auxiliary stem, this makes the plant send more nutrients to all of the branches of a plant not just the top.
Another easy and simple way to increase crop production is by super cropping. Super cropping is the act of bending over the stems of your plants so that they snap. Doing this once again makes your plant think that it needs to send excess nutrients to all areas of the plant to recover from the snapped limbs. All of the above described methods are also a very effective things to do if you are looking to just increase the overall health of your plants.
