Does your school censor the internet? Would you like to know how to unblock Facebook at school? Then keep on reading.
The way to unblock websites at school is by using an unblocker site that you can find on school proxy lists. These work by visiting the website for you (in this case, Facebook), and downloading the page and then passing it on to you for your viewing pleasure. As far as the school IT admin people are concerned, you’re just visiting the unblocker, and they have no idea that you actually went to Facebook.
It’s kind of sad that they block sites at all though. I mean, it’s not like you chose to attend school. They legally force you to go there, you’d think they’d at least have the decency to make your stay as pleasant as possible, right? Apparently not. They want to prevent you from having any kind of fun whatsoever while you’re there. No wonder they have to make it compulsory – who in their right mind would go willingly?
And the even sadder thing is they have all these “discipline problems” in schools, and they think the solution is to be “tougher” and all that… no, what they need to do is just make it optional. That way they’d have rimonabant or acomplia to be respectful and actually set a good example, and students might actually WANT to attend.
But, enough of that, back to unblocking Facebook. Even if you do find a proxy, there’s a chance that the school admin staff will find it and block it as well. Luckily, new proxies spring up every day, so you can just keep finding new ones, or you can find one that very few people know about and keep it a secret so that it stays unblocked for longer.
